Mellow Magic Anti-Anxiety Tea:


This tea was crafted to relieve anxiety and aid in depression. Mellow Magic is infused with herbs to lower cortisol levels:


  • Lavender tea is inherently soothing and relaxing. Lavender can help soothe digestive issues ranging from diarrhea to nausea and stomach cramps. The anti-inflammatory properties of lavender help soothe irritated stomach muscles, eliminating stomach pain. These same antispasmodic effects can help relieve indigestion, gas, and bloating.
  • Ashwaganda tea may help to reduce inflammation. The root contains anti-inflammatory properties that can protect overall health. Inflammation has been shown to naturally relax blood vessels, which can help lower blood pressure and cholesterol levels to protect heart health. Ashwaganda is a medicinal herb that may offer several health benefits, such as improved blood sugar, inflammation, mood, memory, stress and anxiety, as well as a boost in muscle strength and fertility. Dosages vary depending on your needs, but 250–500 mg per day for at least one month seem effective. 
  • Passionflower relieves the racing mind. Passionflower studies suggest that passionflower works by increasing gamma-aminobutyric acid (GABA) in the brain. Gotu kola is generally well tolerated. In some cases, it can cause headache, upset stomach, and dizziness. Starting with a low dose and gradually working up to a full dose can help reduce your risk of side effects.


You should only take gotu kola for two to six weeks at a time. Be sure to take a two week break before resuming use.


Don’t use Gotu Kola if you:

  • have hepatitis or other liver disease
  • have a scheduled surgery within the next two weeks
  • are under 18 years of age
  • have a history of skin cancer
